SEAMMS Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 2013, is chartered exclusively for charitable purposes to provide financial assistance for the medical needs of individuals under the age 18 with life-threatening diseases.
This is a section 501(c) (3) nonprofit, public benefit corporation formed to provide treatment and financial support for children with life-threatening diseases and to create a medical and social support network for the benefit of those children and their parents. We are financed solely through donations, and over 90% of the funds we receive go directly toward our programs.
SEAMMS Foundation collects and uses the personal information of children and
their parents only to assess eligibility for programs. SEAMMS Foundation does not sell,
rent or lease any information to third parties. Personal information
will not be used to solicit or offer any commercial item or object for
purchase by any minor with or without consent of their parent or guardian and
will not be used to collect any credit card, debit card or other financial
SEAMMS Foundation and its employees may, from time to time, contact you for comment, feedback, or information.
Medical information and your child’s personally identifiable information is available to the medical staff, counselors and administrative staff for purposes of program evaluation. All medical staff, volunteers and administrators are prohibited from using your or your child’s personal information except to provide these services and programs.
Term of use
SEAMMS Foundation makes no attempt to collect information from anyone under
the age of 18 and specifically and expressly discourages any minor from
submitting any information . All information must be submitted by a parent or
guardian over the age of 18. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must
ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. If you are
under 18, you may use our site only with permission of a parent or guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and you have questions regarding SEAMMS
SEAMMS Foundation collects information from adults who are the parents or guardians of children with diseases (1) to evaluate the application of a child for programs and (2) to assess the medical condition of a child being considered for a program.
